Announcement: A Big Christmas Present for Little Girl.


Davy Jones aka Mickey has been adopted out. He will be leaving Saturday the 12 to his new home. He is going to live with three other Saddlebred horses, all older simular personalities. Mickey will have access to a small indoor arena and his own stall. His adoptive owner has adopted him for her daughter to build on her saddleseat technique. Mickey will be doing a service while getting a wonderful home with a loving family. They plan to use him lightly for the next couple of years as an inhouse training horse only. Then he will be retired to live out his days with his new buddies.

We want to wish Davy a happy new year and a wonderful new life.

I think it's a nice thing you do for those youngsters. A horse is a great way to say Merry Christmas. I just hope they are not calling you a few months later to take him back. It happens you know. Dogs, Horses, animals in general make great gifts than then comes the responsibility. Parents often think they are educating the child when in fact it's the other way around.
