How's that petition going for Survivor? How many signatures were received? Are you going to be going to Lansing to file soon? What are the legal updates?

I'm working on it. things are not all that easy and the weather is not what you want to be out in right now either. I just went to the court on the 6th where the shooter was arraigned for the three charges. Now we will wait on the trail. As far as the petition, I have to have hundreds of names, addresses and other vital information to present to a committee before I can even think of putting the bill on the floor. It's a process and one that I am committed to now so it will take time, but that I have. We have a little over 300 signatures in our county so far. I did get another county working on it. But to be a state law I need the majority of counties in each district where the law will become effective. So like I said it will take time. Don't expect to much for at least a year. Lots of red tape - but hey you can always work on Wayne County if you want.

I could only work on Oakland County since that's where I live. Wayne doesn't give a crap about anything. but if you have to have them all maybe someone who lives in Wayne could handle that end. As far as Oakland goes, part of the county (like Milford) would have some areas where people have horses and are around hunters to care about the petition. How many per county? 300? Send me the paperwork and the "rules" of the game and I'll certainly work on it.

How are all the legal cases doing that you have going on? I am just curious as to what is happening.

Thank you for asking and interesting that you brought it up now. We all went to court this morning on the case, it was postponed until the 31 of March because the Judge was sick. I will let you know the outcome once it is over.

The jerk pleaded guility and now we have a settlement hearing in June.
