2009 brings us a whole new way of doing
business. As a non profit company we
have a set board meeting held on the
second Tuesday of each month.
Our meetings are simple, easily attended
online through a net meeting program.
All of our board members can be online
and interactive with each other through
this wonderful program.
We can vote, view each others written
articles along with audio and video
participation. This allows us to
say time and gas. Giving us the ability
to handle our meetings in a professional
but casual way.
We do meet once a year in person over a
banquet dinner. During this meeting we
make any changes to the BOD or the BY
LAWS that are necessary to function in
the coming year. The annual
meeting is held on December 12 at a pre
designated place.
Even though we love involvement with our
public our meetings are private and
closed to the public. If you have a
suggestion you can submit it here online
and we will be glad to preview it when
possible.
